Dear Mr. McCall
This office has received your written request for extension of time pursuant to the
ordinance provisions shown below. We hereby grant a one-time six (6) month extension.
The project was approved on February 28, 2020. The initial six month period ends on
August 28, 2020. The project must initiate construction by February 28, 2021 or shall
become null and void. An additional extension will not be granted.
Division 2, Section 26-322(r): Review and Appeals Procedures, Subsection (r).
"An approved plan shall become null and void if the applicant has failed to make progress
on the site within six months after the date of approval. The officer may grant a single six
month extension of this time limit, for good cause shown, upon receiving a written request
from the applicant before the expiration of the approved plan."
