This letter presents a request for termination of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES)permit referenced above for the TransMontaigne—Greensboro terminal site(the"site"). The site
groundwater remediation system was shut down on January 23,2018 and has remained offline since that
time,with no expectations of being restarted. Accordingly,TransMontaigne is requesting the termination
of NPDES Certificate of Coverage NCG510454,effective immediately.
