This Office is in receipt of plans for stormwater management facilities associated prepared on
your behalf by Baker and Associates. Staff of the Division of Water Quality reviewed the plans
and found them acceptable to meet conditions 8e and 10 of the 401 Water Quality Certification.
Please note that this approval is for water quality purposes only and shall not be construed as an
approval of the design for dam/outlet structure integrity, Dam Safety, public safety or flood
attenuation purposes.
