Information Processing Unit:
Soil Plus,. LLC (Soil Plus) is submitting all monitoring and reporting requirements as
specified in the above referenced permit for the Town of Hertford on behalf of Atlantic
Sewage Control. Soil Plus compiled this report using data gathered during the compliance
year. This data includes (1) certification form, (2) residual sampling, (3) field loading
calculations, (4) pathogen and vector attraction reduction documentation, (5) standard soil
fertility nutrient analysis.
The Town of Hertford conducted application events on permitted fields in Perquimans
County during 2014. A total of 30.09 Dry Tons or 220,000 gallons of permitted residual
bio-solids were land applied to permitted fields.

?. Soil pH was adjusted as specified in the permit and lime was applied (if needed) to achieve a soil pH of at least 6
3. Annual soils analysis were performed on each site receiving residuals during the past calendar year and three (3) copies of laboratory
results are attached

12. No runoff of residuals from the application sites onto adjacent property or nearby surface waters has occurred.
13. All buffer requirements as specified on the permit were maintained during each application of residuals.
