On September 7, 2019, Sarah Toppen and Randy Sipe with NCDEQ DWR conducted a post site inspection following
Hurricane Dorian. Stan Eudy, ORC was on -site during visit.
There was 53 inches of freeboard during the inspection. The facility was operating under normal operations and no action
was needed.
