Inspection Summary
On September 17, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance and to evaluate progress made since the facility was
issued a Notice of Violation. I met with John Gribble on site. During the inspection, the following items were noted:
1) A clear and safe means of inspecting the site has still not been established. A clear safe path to get around the facility
must be maintained to allow for a full inspection of the facility.
The facility remains under Notice of Violation until the above items have been addressed. This facility will be re -inspected on
or after November 5, 2019. If the above items have not been addressed, further action will be taken.
