Attached for your review and approval are the following items for Stormwater permitting for the City
of Hickory's Project Cure located on Robinwood Road in Catawba County:
• Two (2) Copies of the Site Plan;
• Two (2) Original Copies of the Fast Track Stormwater Application;
• One (1) Copy of all property deeds;
• Two (2) Copies of USGS topographical map;
• Two (2) Copies of each addition property owners authorization to construct letters;
• Two (2) Copies of option to purchase property agreements;
• One (1) Stormwater engineering report and calculations; and
• One (1) Check in the amount of $505.
The proposed project involves the mass grading of proposed properties to create pad -ready sites for
future industrial facilities.
