and approvals for erosion and sediment control plans or other permits associated with the
development of Project Cure at Trivium Corporate Center located in Catawba County, North
Carolina,
We also grant permission for the "Financial Responsible Party" to perform the associated
construction for this development as the financial responsible party and the City of Hickory, as the
listed Financial Responsible Party, will be responsible for the construction and continuing liability
for the proposed project activity.
