ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DUE DATE
Dear Mr. Williams:
On September 11, 2009, the Division of Water Quality received a letter dated September 9, 2009, from
your agent, Mr. David Lane, regarding an extension to the due date for responding to DWQ`s request for
additional information dated August 13, 2009. You have requested that the due date for responding to
DWQ's request for additional information be extended to November 12, 2009. The DWQ will hereby
grant this request.
This letter only addresses the granting of an extension to the due date for responding to DWQ's request for
additional information fpr the above-referenced project as required by the Neuse Buffer Rules [15A NCAC 02B
.0233] does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts
requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Ms. Cyndi Karoly or
