Dear Ms. Redwine:
On September 10, 2019, Roberto Scheller and myself conducted a compliance inspection at the subject
facility. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to insure compliance
with permit requirements and conditions. It was noted during the subject inspection that discharge flow
meter was not being calibrated yearly. Please note that in accordance with your NPDES Permit NC0044024,
Part II, Section D, 3. Flow Measurements, "Flow measurement devices shall be accurately calibrated at a
minimum of once per year..." Record of calibration information should be kept on -site and readily accessible
for review. Other than the above noted deficiency, this facility appeared to be well operated and
maintained. We wish to thank the operating staff for their assistance regarding this inspection.
