Dear Mr. Hughes:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of
Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance
with your request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded,effective immediately.
WQ0031175 Brices Crossing Townes Sewer issued 01/04/07
WQ0031214 Rivershore-A Planned Unit Development issued 05/17/07
WQ0031225 Westport-A Planned Unit Development issued 01/12/07
WQ0031250 The Villas at Creekside issued 01/22/07
WQ0031259 DeGraffen Riverfront Community&Yacht Club issued 01/23/07
WQ0032106 Whitfield Landing-A Planned Unit Development issued 08/23/07
WQ0033278 Lake New Bern Sewer-A Planned Unit Development issued 07/30/08
WQ0033742 Olde Towne Landing Sewer issued 01/15/09
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
