Dear Mr. Aiken,
In response to Notice of Violation NOV-2019-PC-0561, our on -site Operations Manager who oversaw
the plant environmental program retired. We now have an employee trained on the requirements of
the Permit, including the tiered response procedures and SWPPP documentation.
Moving forward we will implement the following Plan of Action:
• Maintain and implement a SWPPP on site as required by the permit, including all tiered
response documentation.
Regarding our Tier Three status, we have implemented the following Plan of Action:
• Cleaned out the stormwater sediment trap to Outfall #1 & 2
• Repaired the stormwater drain pipe to Outfall #1 & 2
• Cleaned out the stormwater sediment trap to Outfall #4
• Repaired the stormwater drain pipe to Outfall #4
