The purpose of the visit was to conduct a compliance inspection. On the day of the inspection all single family residence wastewater treatment and application equipment appeared to be maintained. Tanks and floats were checked and appeared to be working. System was operated manually and appeared to be operating properly. Only one sprinkler was working at the time of this inspection. The contractor was able to replace the sprinkler during the inspection. Please review the Operation and Maintenance agreement (attached) that was submitted with your name change. All items in this agreement are the Permittees responsibility. A contractor can be used however, items 3,5,6 and 10 are the Permittees responsibility and are not covered by a 3ta party maintenance contract. Additional concerns: a. The field looked like it had been operating on one sprinkler for several months. PIease be sure to complete your monthly inspection of the spray field. b. There are small pieces of old tablets in the chlorinator. I have included a list of suppliers (Pool chlorine is not acceptable. Must be approved for wastewater) in your area. Place 2 or 3 tablets in each chlorinator as needed, do not overstock it will waste the tablets. c.
