ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS:
Currently, they are entertaining the idea of adding a restaurant that has yet to be constructed to the community
WWTP. Shane Wolford, current HOA President, was present during the site visit. Mr. Wolford was given a
tour of the treatment facility and provided with an explanation of how the system worked. It is not expected
that the restaurant would be contributing to the WWTP for approximately two years. Mr. Wolford was
informed that a permit modification would be required to allow the restaurant to be connected to the WWTP.
During the site visit it was explained that FOG entering the system could potentially clog the spray heads and
the piping within the treatment system. It was mentioned that if the HOA did determine that they were going to
go forward with adding the restaurant waste -stream to the community domestic waste -stream, that it may be
beneficial to have some pre-treatment agreement in place with the restaurant to minimize the possibility of FOG
entering the collection lines and potentially creating blockages in the WWTP.

Can you add Mr. Shane Wolford as the permit owner? I am unable to make that change in BIMS. - Ed
