We wrote to you on 17 July 1996 discussing concerns that we have regarding the design of the project and placing it on hold until those concerns are addressed. As of today, we have not received a response to our earlier letter. Unless we receive a response from you by 23 December 1996, we will consider that you have withdrawn this application and are not interested in pursuing the project at this time.
