A copy of the NPDES permit was available for review. The ORC visitation and maintenance log
appeared to be complete and current. This facility has not had an effluent discharge since 2014.
Wastewater equipment, such as pumps and aerators are exercised periodically to help maintain the
functionality of the treatment units.
