We have received an application for coverage of an existing facility under NCG 08 from Broyhill Furniture Industries, Inc. for their facility in Rutherfordton. The facility drains to a UT of Catheys Creek (class WS-V) in Rutherfordton (Rutherford County). This facility does warehousing and transportation for furniture. Does the Asheville Regional Office have any concerns about issuing this facility a COC for this general permit? They are currently covered by ncgl80074; this will be rescinded once we issue the new coc. Note this is a different facility than the last Broyhill site we've been discussing. Thanks!
