I wish to thank you and Luis Luna -Cruz for your help during the inspection. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a compliance inspection. Agriwaste analyzes the waste. All analyses were completed and within permit limits in 2018. Most analyses were already done for 2019. Hauling records were reviewed and found to be complete. RAS reports have been submitted complete and on time. The facility hauls 3000 to 4500 gallons per day about 3 to 4 days per week. Fields are owned by the facility and setbacks are permanently marked with posts. On the day of the inspection, there was no sign of over application or runoff and the vegetation was in good condition. Soil samples were collected in June. Residuals are now being applied to Field 8. Fields 2 and 4 are not used much. Fields are not double cropped and they are not used for grazing. Fields are mowed, but hay is not taken off. Public assess is restricted with a locked gate. When the fields are too wet, sludge is hauled to the Siler City wastewater treatment plant. There is still a well in the field and setbacks are being maintained. On the day of the inspection, the facility appeared to be in compliance with permit conditions.
