The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted a site visit of the Town of Edenton
WWTF on 9/07/2019. This site visit was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0004332. The
findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection

Inspection Summary:
Robbie Bullock and Chris Pullinger met with David Myers ORC of the Town of Edenton WWTP to see if the facility had any
damage from Hurricane Dorian. There were no issues at the WWTP and the lagoon had approximately 5' of room before they
were in the freeboard.
