You have our approval to place fill inaterial and clew- 0.05 acres of wetlands or waters for the
purpose of constructing aerial power lines at "D" Street extension in Butner (S. Granville Industrial
Park), as you described in your application dated 14 February 11-96. After reviewing your application,
we have detiided that this till is covered by General Water Quah.y Certification Number 3022. This
certification allows you to use Cienerad Permit Number 049 whey. it is issued by the Corps of
Engineers.
This approval is only valid for the purpose and design that ou described in your application. It
you change your project, you must notify us and you may be recaired to send us a new application.
For this approval to he valid, you must follow the conditions li?:_d in the attached certification. In
addition, vou should get any other federal. state or local permil? -efore you go ahead with your
project.
