Whael W. SITader. Jr., P.E. On January 16, 2012, 1 conducted the quarterly baseline sampling in our two shallow monitoring wells and in two locations in the Sound. Sampling parameters include: Dissolved Oxygen, Salinity, Turbidity, Temperature, Fecal Coliform, Total Phosphorous, Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen, Total Nitrogen and Potassium. The Water Quality Monitoring Plan associated with the NPDES Permit specifies sampling of each of these parameters in order to assess the impact of the future development on adjacent waterways. The following sheets include a summary of the sampling results from this round of sampling as well as the prior rounds of sampling. In addition, I have enclosed a copy of the Environmental Chemists, Inc laboratory results for Fecal Coliform, Total Phosphorous, Total Kieldahl Nitrogen, Total Nitrogen and Potassium. The other parameters including Dissolved Oxygen, Salinity, Turbidity and Temperature were field tested with a laboratory quality monitoring device. We will continue to send you -a copy of all NPDES sampling results and we will keep a copy in our files. It is required that copies of this information be made available to NCDENR upon request, but we are not required to submit this information to anyone unless there is a specific request. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this matter. Sincerely, Quible & Associates, P.C. Brian Rubino, P.G. CC: Derek A.
