In addition the Town does not have any municipal BMPs (only privately owned units), and therefore additional request exemption from have to monitor/ report on BMPs. We will continue to monitor private units in the Town for annual compliance. W adhere to all requirements set forth in the original Phase 11 guidelines, and currently see no other areas that will cause problems here.
