Effective September 1, 2019, the assets of Nexeo Solutions, LLC (Nexeo Solutions) will be transferred to
Univar USA Inc. and the name of Univar USA Inc. will be changed to Univar Solutions USA, Inc. (Univar
Solutions).
Pursuant to the above, we hereby notify you of this change that will affect the National Pollutant
Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES) No. NCS000315 currently maintained by Nexeo Solutions.
We have submitted the NPDES Permit Name/Ownership Change Request electronically on the North
Carolina Department of Environmental Quality website.
There will be no material change in the day-to-day operations and personnel overseeing compliance at
the facility inconsistent with the permit's requirements or any other changes that will affect our
eligibility under the permit.
