I met with Jason Rummel (ORC) and Juanita James for the inspection. The blowers still do not have guards covering the belts. This is a safety hazard and needs to be corrected. The composite sampling is still not flow proportional. The flow meter readout is now working, and the meter has been calibrated recently.
