Dear Mr. Davis,
Please be advised that the above referenced plans have been approved by this office for both the
Stormwater Management Permit and the NPDES Permit (see attachment). This approval is required prior
to the initiation of land development activities and is good for 3 years from the approval date. Please
contact Chanell Hatch (980-505-5775), Erosion Control Inspector to set up a pre -construction meeting.
Also, this letter gives notice required by G.S. 113A-61.1(a) of our right of periodic inspection to insure
compliance with the approved plan.
The Planning Department of the Town of Davidson is being notified of this approval by copy of this
letter. Plans that are stamped approved will be held within EPM's "approved package" for printing out as
needed. Please always keep one set of stamped approved plans onsite.
