Inspection Summary
On September 5, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. No major issues were observed during the inspection.
The contaminated soil has been removed and the area now has a roof over it, with the draining area in containment. The
permittee was informed on site that the drain to the containment area should remain closed and locked at all times.
Housekeeping has greatly improved at the vehicle draining area.
Samples have not yet been taken for the second half of the year. The previous samples were high in metals.
Please contact this office if the facility receives additional monitoring results that classify the facility as "Tier 2'.
All previous issues having been addressed, the Notice of Violation is now resolved.
