As you probably know during these audits we will not be doing a complete audit we will be looking at only a few parts of the 6 minimum control measures. During this audit we will be auditing: Public Education & Outreach, Public Participation & Involvement, Illicit Discharge Detection & Elimination, and Pollution Prevention & Good Housekeeping. This means we will not be auditing the construction site controls or post -construction controls. We may still ask a few questions about these during the audit but they will not be detailed and should be straight forward. We recommend collecting any materials that you might see as important towards these measures. As part of the audit we will want to visit a municipal facility, typically a maintenance yard or something similar along with visiting preferably two outfalls. When we visit the yard we will want whoever is in charge of inspecting the yard to be with us. As of right now Tyler Pearson and I will plan on meeting at your facility at Sam on Tuesday (16t") to begin the audit. Zac Lentz will also be joining us around 11 or 12 for some learning experience. Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you for your cooperation. Brandon L.
