Paul,
Meadowbrook Phase 2 was originally approved on 12/11/18 for 43.1 acres of disturbance. At that time, the
Town's approval letter did not include disturbed acreage.
The Town also issues permits for erosion control. The land disturbance permit was issued on 7/19/19
following the required preconstruction meeting.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Ms. Hammond (Sherri),
Hi. Upon review of the above referenced eNO1, the following was noted:
Part D - 5 E&SC Plan approval. The 12/11/18 approval has a different date than provided in eNO1, acreage to be
disturbed is not indicated and was not signed. The 12/17/18 fee sheet has the disturbance acreage as eNO1 and was
signed. the Land Disturbance Permit has the same date as eNO1. All three documents have the same project number.
Please either resend/email a signed Erosion and Sedimentation Control approval or have Jennifer Mitchell send an email
confirming that she approved the 12/18/19 plan. If she is going to email, she can also confirm that the 7/9/19
documentation corresponds to a later phase of the same project that has already been approved?
Please have this information sent by the end of Wed, so we can finish processing the application. Thx.
