This process is brand new to us so our Wake County E&SC Consultant requested that we obtain permitting for some lots
that are already in progress. It is likely you will see the same from other builders as E&SC and NCG01 permits become
applied and enforced since we are the furthest along in this process among our peers.

In reference to the above referenced eNOI application for a Certificate of Coverage under NCG01,
Part A — No. 9 — Date to Begin — 5/22/2019 is several months before the E&SC approval date of 8/15/2019. Please
provide an explanation for this discrepancy by the end of tomorrow (8/22), or the eNOI will be rejected. Everything else
in the application appears to be correct. Thx.
