NCC191309_Record of Email COC to Permittee LF Task_20190823

On 8/23/2019, the CC's of some e-mails sent out to permittees with Certificates of
Coverage were not received by DEMLR Staff. The Laserfiche steps all completed
properly, and the COCs were immediately accessible in our Document Repository, but
these email records could not be saved to the Permit COC file. Instead, a record of the
successful task completion is recorded below for this permit:
