Thanks for clarifying.
Pendleton phase 2 is the final phase for this subdivision. However,the phase was sub platted numerous times and the
last sub-phase is phase 3. That is why I listed it as Pendleton phase 3.

I'm reviewing your NOI submission for Pendleton Phase 3,but need clarification on some information provided. The
Letter of Approval from the Mooresville Regional Office has the project name as"Pendleton Phase 2..."not phase 3 as is
written on the NOI. Would you please explain the discrepancy or email a copy of the correct approval letter?
