If the proposed extensions/relocations have not been completed by that time,the engineering plans and specifications must be resubmitted to this department for re-approval. The approved plans call for the installation of approximately 650-feet of eight-inch PVC gravity sanitary sewer line with appurtenances to serve the property on Shadowline Dr. in Boone. Please note this approval only applies to the Town of Boone Public Works Department,Utility Division. All approvals from regulating authorities required for this project must be obtained by the project engineer/developer after which the Town shall receive copies of these approvals, including all permits, maps and plans prior to construction. The Town of Boone must review and approve all easements and documents required for this project prior to recording. All easements must be surveyed to insure accuracy. All easements to be recorded will be accompanied by an approved plat. This office must receive copies of all recorded easements and documents before project completion. "As-Built"drawings will be provided to this department when all utilities have been successfully constructed.
