EIGHTEEN (18) through TWENTY (20), inclusive, as shown on a map of DELRAY subdivision which is platted and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 58, Iredell County Registry. Being the identical property conveyed by the deed made the 14th day of January, 1975, to Haskell L. Sells and wife Josephine C. Sells, and recorded in Book 567, Page 353, Iredell County Registry.
