I reference to the above NOV dated 6 August 2019, please take into consideration the following
information:
The Fecal Coliform daily maximum was exceeded on 7 May. At the time of sample collection, all
operations were normal and visual effluent quality was clear. Subsequent samples collected that
week were all <1 r100 ml leading me to believe that the exceedance was a result of operator error.
