We are writing to inform you that on June 18, 2019, VT Hackney, Inc. was renamed ST Engineering
Hackney, Inc. This is to align to the brand name of our holding company, ST Engineering.
We are undertaking a branding exercise to adopt a single brand approach by harmonizing our
corporate brand with "ST Engineering" as our master brand. ST Engineering is moving away from a
`portfolio of brands' to a single brand.
This change will not affect your existing contract(s) with us, and any rights and obligations of the
parties under these contracts. No action is required in respect of these contracts.
Other aspects of the company such as ownership, GST Registration Number, Unique Entity
Number, addresses and contact details (telephone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses),
certifications, etc. will remain the same. Bank details (i.e., bank branch and account number) will
remain unchanged but the account beneficiary name will take on the new company legal name.
Moving forward our new company legal name and corporate brand will be reflected on company
stationery and collaterals. Please update your records and all future business correspondences to
reflect our new company legal name and corporate brand.
You may contact your regular contact person if you have queries on the updating of records within
your organization to ensure a smooth transition.
Rest assured that your existing account management team will continue to provide you with the
same high level of service that you have grown accustomed.
