We are assisting the City with this project, so I will try and help answer the question.
The proposed project involves replacement of existing water lines, so it's linear in nature. The 30 acres listed as site
area is the approximate footprint of the neighborhood of homes.... not a controlled construction site. The 3.5 acres
listed as post -construction impervious area is an estimate of the acreage of existing pavement and rooftops within that
30-acre neighborhood. The 1.04 acres disturbed is an estimate of the total combined area of the disturbed pipe
trenches. The pipe trench surfaces will be restored to match existing conditions (grass in grass areas, paved in streets,
etc.), so there is not anticipated to be any net change to the impervious surface area.
Let me know if that answers what you needed or if there are any other questions. Thanks.

Mr. Williams (Mitch),
Hi. I'm one of the team members who reviews eNOI applications. Regarding the above referenced eNOI application for
coverage under NCG01 construction stormwater permit, please explain how the post construction impervious = 3.5
acres whereas the project is only disturbing 1.04 acres? Thx.
