I noticed that on the Cover Letter, the TIP is listed as U-2247EB, rather than R-2247EB. Also, the electronic document has U-2247EB in the document name rather than R-2247EB. I have attached the Cover Letter noting the incorrect TIP. With the two TIPS for the Winston-Salem Northern Beltway project (R-2247/U-2579), I have great difficulty in not mingling the TIPs.... and am not always successful. I wanted to make DWR aware of this, and see how you might want to resolve. Please give me a call if you would like to discuss further. Thanks! ME William A.
