A copy of the General Certification is attached.. This Certification may be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps of Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 26. She indicated that the project would be eligible for Nationwide Permit number 26. Enclosed is a packet of information similiar to one I gave to Ms. Arnold yesterday. When I spoke with you by telephone yesterday, I understood you to say that the project may be covered under a General Certification that you have available for such work.
