It is located at the intersections of NC Hwy. 55 and Old Pow 11 Road SR 1111. The proposed development will consist of the construction of apartment units that will included 1 and 2 bedroom units along with the development of a clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool and amenity area for an overall flow rate of 41,520 gpd. There is an existing 8-inch sanitary sewer outfall main located in the adjacent Springhill Subdivision where existing Stobhill Lane intersects with Old Powell Road (WQ 0023500). This will be the proposed connection location. All of the sewer mains are being permitted, but the flow is only for the 111 Phase which will consist of 168 units and the clubhouse with pool.
