I have one other project that Jordan's Construction had already started that we are trying to catch up on land
disturbance permits. Although this program may have been in place for years, the local governments/municipalities
(Wake County for us) that issues our building permits just introduced it to the builders in the Spring of this year. I
attended an info session on "how to" in June of 2019 and was advised by Wake County staff to catch up all our projects
that were currently under way as of the April 1, 2019 start date. This is our last one.
I'd like to submit for the NOI online today for this project and am notifying you in hopes that your department will not
decline my submittal when I put in the actual start date of before today.
Please let me know if I need to do anything different.
