Your Certificate of Registration for Manure Hauler Operations contains a condition that addresses the
annual report submission requirement, as stated below:
"....each manure hauler operation must submit an annual report to the Division by March 1 of each year.
The report covers the activities of the previous calendar year and must contain all applicable information
required by 1 SA NCAC 02T .1404. "
Our records indicate that the Division has not received the annual report from you for the year
2007. The report was due March 1, 2008. To avoid any possible enforcement action for a
violation of your Certificate, please complete and submit the attached report within thirty (30)
days of receipt of this letter to the following address;
