In reference to the Notice of Violation dated 26 July 2019, we offer the following response:
Nitrates / Nitrites and Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen samples were collected and analyzed on 21 May;
however, the facility ORC failed to enter the data on the Daily Monitoring Report during his
monthly preparation.
Employees have been reminded to validate reports in the future to find missing data prior to
submission and management will more closely review preceding report certification.
