This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0011381. This review was conducted to determine whether the City is operating in compliance with Permit No. WQ0011381. The City submitted a "no operation" certification for their 2018 residuals. No distribution occurred in 2018 and has not occurred since 1998. 511.7 Dry Tons were sent to the Twin Chimneys Landfill in Honea Path South Carolina.
