Inspection Summary:
On October 30, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Jack Martindale on site. No major issues were
noted during the inspection. The following items were noted during the inspection:
1) Tier Relief was issued by Darlene Kucken in 2015.
2) The facility also has representative outfall status.
3) Metal chip/coolant storage area is under shelter.
4) Some equipment and industrial equipment is being stored outdoors.
Please be advised that Tier Relief status does not continue into the current permit cycle. If continued Tier relief is requested,
an inspection will be conducted to determine if benchmark exceedances are due to a source other than the industrial
process on site.
