On Thursday, June 20, 2019, a compliance evaluation inspection of the collection system for
Carolina Trace.
The original letter was emailed to the ORCs on July 3, 2019 and a hard copy was mailed on July
5, 2019. The original mailed copy was returned to the Raleigh Regional Office due to an
incorrect address. After further communication with Mr. Harrell (ORC), we are mailing the
attached letter again addressed to you.
The response requested at the end of the report has already been received by this office and no
further action is required at this time. This copy is being mailed for your records.
