On February 14,1994, you requested a 401 Water Quality Certification from the
Division of Environmental Management for your project (minimal effect determination)
located on your farm in Duplin County. We wrote to you on February 17, 1994 discussing
concerns that we have regarding the design of the project and placing it on hold until those
concerns are addressed. As of today, we have not received a response to our earlier letter.
Unless we receive a response from you by 25 July 1994, we will consider that you have
withdrawn this application and are not interested in pursuing the project at this time.
