We can not correct what's been written to the permit record database, unfortunately. The only way to get a corrected
COC and have the right county associated with the permit record is to re -do it. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but the
notice of termination form is pretty quick, and there's an option to rescind based on a mistake, as we expect things to be
missed sometimes. Then you just fill out the eNO1 again using the copy I sent you as a guide (but correct the county). I
would encourage you to go through the process so the information is accurate. Otherwise the only record we'll have is
our email correspondence today.

Thank you for the response. It was clearly our fault on the County drop down. All on the application is correct except
for the county. Is this something that can be corrected on your end or will we have to termnate and
resubmit? Hopefully a correction on your end would suffice. Whitsett is correct on location.

Apologies — I mean that the county chosen was Forsyth instead of Guilford on the eN01. I take it Whitsett is correct.

Please note this information comes directly from what the applicant has entered into the fields of the eN01. Attached is
a copy of what was submitted, and the town listed is Whitsett. If this was incorrect and needs to be re -done, you will
need to submit an application to terminate this COC and apply for another one. The records can be found in our
Laserfiche Repository here.
