2. Joe Hydencia started the process of working on Mr. Woodys plan. He changed jobs before he finished and he gave me
the materials that he had finished at that point. The tracts in question are labeled in the
nd is located adjacent to Mr. Woodys lot beside the new lagoon and is the Dunning
tract . is Mr. Woody's farm on the other side of his house. I mentioned to you that Mr
Hydencia had started the plan and had maps already drawn but did not have the actual tract numbers on the maps. We
decided that we would go with this if I would include in the maps attached to the plan the actual tract numbers
associated with these fields. If you look at the maps in the plan tract 1 is 3582 and tract 2 is 3566. If you have any

Subject: PLAT and PAN for Harold Woody
Hey there, .
Hoping you both are surviving the heat! I'm out every day this week. Probably warmer in your area?
I have an inspection with Mr. Woody this Friday and wanted to check on a couple things.
1. Has he contacted your office to request that PLAT be run on T-30637 (Fields 1-6)?
2. In his waste plan, I found maps for T-3582 (F-1-4) and T-3566 (F-1,2,4). These fields were not listed in the "allowable PAN/soil
type/application window chart" in his waste plan. Could be that I missed is but wanted to check and see if these tracts and fields
were truly available for waste application.
Any assistance would be greatly.appreciated.
