think it is close to be done. I've been getting fence quotes for him
and trying to hurry the project along as much as possible. My plate is full training 2 new employees and my regular work
load. Maggie is attending the waste training this week in Raleigh and will be attending 2 more days of it in
December. She is working hard at getting the plans in. The only problem is they are going into the laptop, which is the
only computer she has access to right now. She is getting her federal access reinstated and been promised a federal
computer with access to all the planning software. I hope this happens soon. We will keep plugging along.

Hey Linda,
It got REAL CRAZY here in the office so I am just now getting back to emails. My apologies.
Our office had already been in contact with the Alleghany County operators so I didn't want to bother your office with
calling them again and duplicating efforts.
Regarding priorities: hard to say since they ALL have needed waste plan revisions. MgF

Mike Atwood's secondary site needs to be
permitted (Maggie is working on this). Need to change Bottomley and D. Gambill waste plans from dairy to beef (I think
Maggie and David have been/are working on these). Edwin Joines really needs some help getting his paperwork
together. Greg Crouse needs continued assistance with getting his paperwork together (Maggie and Aaron Ray are
helping him I believe). Those are the "biggies" that come to mind. Any additional assistance you could provide would be
great.

Thanks for all the reports. I'm highlighting comments that have to do with revised waste plans. Maggie is working on
them and has completed Greg Crouse and Joines Bros. In your opinion, which one is highest priority to get done
next? Also, do you want us to check on all our certified operations or are there particular ones in Alleghany that were
close to maximum you are concerned about? I don't know which roads are still closed from fallen trees. I hear 18 and
21 were cleared.
