Bryan,
The bank stabilization that is permitted on the right bank will be replicated on the left bank. There will be no increase in
linear feet of impacts. In the permitting DOT only proposed stabilizing the right bank with 46' linear feet of rip rap.
However due to the condition of the left bank, we need to armor 46' within the same footprint on the left bank. Give
me a call if that doesn't make sense. Thanks.
Amy

How many linear feet do you plan to add?

As a follow-up to the below email, I wanted to make you aware that we are going to add the rip-rap to the bank as
mentioned.
Dave you have already been out to the site and saw the area.
Bryan could you please send a follow-up email confirming you received this.
Thanks

Good morning,
Our plans for this project do not show rock on the slope on the southeast side of the stream, but it does show rock on
the opposite side. There are many bare spots on the side that has no rock and with all the rain we've had, we felt it best
to add some rock to that area to mimic the other side. This will not create additional impacts. I wanted to keep you in
the loop on what we're doing out there. Please see the screenshot below for the note I added to the plans.
Bryan- the Action Id for this project is SAW-2009-01741.
Dave-the NCDWR Project No is 20171338
